It's never too late to prioritise your joy, even if our fast-paced society screams at you to always be 'doing' to achieve more. That's a recipe for a life lacking purpose, full of self-sacrifice, exhaustion and overwhelm. I believe in a different way, a life of flow and ease over fight and struggle.
